Features and Advantages

1. The thickness of the solid adhesive is uniform the entire length of the spine and the cover is scored four times.

Continuous development has produced a new generation of covers, giving each document unusually high strength.

2. The longitudinal edges of the adhesive are attached to the cover ensuring that all papers melt into the adhesive.
3. Our covers are the first pre-folded thermal covers in the world. The covers are folded back on themselves during the production process so that the bound document hinges open the first time on the outer scoring line.
4.

Use of 100% Cotton Bookbinding cloth.

5. Laminated with the adhesive, on the top of the strip.
6. During the binding process, the cloth reinforcement flows into the adhesive.
7. After cooling, the cloth, the adhesive, and the cover stock fuse together to form a superior spine.
8. Two patents pending.
9.

The new scoring method produces a sharper, bookline spine that improves the appearance of the bound document.

10. During the binding process, the cover "squeeze" the paper at the outher scoring lines which further improves the appearance of the bound document.
